Has anyone ever done a lady slipper (the flower) design? All I seem to find is applique and that's not what I want. Know where I can find one?

I have done a Lady Slipper design. From the date on the photo, it's marked June 08, and I have no idea where I got the design. I stitched this out on my rolling luggage that I use for my samples. I've also stitched it out on towels and a few other things.
