Just finished reading about Oprahs trip to Australia & I was wondering if any of you have friends or relatives that were lucky enough to come out here with her ? If so how are they liking it ?

If Oprah went to Asutralia she actually forgot to invite us. Hope you get to see her or you find someont that was lucky enough to travel with her. *4U

I also meant to say - I haven't seen her show for over 10 months - haven't a clue how one would be able to take a trip with her either.

I doubt Oprah thought about inviting me. LOL... But I've always wanted to visit Australia since I was a little girl and first heard about it with the surfing and kanga's. You do know it is an upside down North America? (shape)hehehe...

Nobody I know was in the audience that day though I'd love to visit. She really has done a lot for people. Her Angel network with the housing, her school for girls, so many things.

She may have done a lot for people, but she didn't do this. The Australian people paid $2.3M plus to bring her and her entourage to Australia.And I am very angry with our government for allowing this to happen without asking us!They do not have the right to spend tax payers money on something like this, hoping that it will increase tourism to our country, without putting it to the people first.

She is a very giving person, she has a School in Africa that she fully supports, she is many times a billionaire, she has help more people all over the world, out of her own pocket, but I do agree that is too much money...

No, but my ex husband is living there six months every year, he has a girlfriend there.He loves it there, he said she would drop him off at the beach on her way to work with some beer, and pick him up on the way home....She seems to be a very nice lady, I bet he is cheating on her when he is alone at the beach for many hours and many beers....
