I bought this tree in Walmart 4 years ago & it was $25.oo i only bought it because Cory my oldest son bought one for me for my b/day & it froze as he was putting it in his car .It was -40 that day.He still thinks this is the tree he bought & i just never answer LOL.My husband thinks it looks sick as it small etc.,but i don't care i just had to decorate it this year .All the things on it i made & i like it even if my Granddaughter says yes Grammie its a charlie brown tree!!!LOL carolyn

Really sweet of you to keep allowing your son to feel good about his little gift. What he doesn't know... I think your tree looks fabulous! It is especially nice since you made all the trimmings. And, I recognize most of them! Great job!!

:) it's so cute Carolyn
You know last night i was at my sister inlaws and she has the same tree...lol Her husband laughs at it but she just loves it. She decorated it too in Christmas ornaments and lights and has a dragon fly on the top.

Carolyn, it is adorable - it is just the nature of the way this tree grows - I like that you don't care what the other's say - this is a special tree and it does showcase your work - which is lovely, too. *4U

Rick says this is a 'Norfolk Island Pine' and his parents favorite tree - they grew one for many years and it got 8 foot tall at one time and they had to trim it for the room. Hehehe!

I love your Norfork Pine tree.Had one in my hoome for many years, when it deceided it was sick and promptly died. Like you've done here I decorated it every year and enjoyed it so. I had to laugh at the fact that you're son thinks this is the orginal tree...he never needs to know otherwise.
