I have tryed to download Cat # 57399 three times. Then when I check the design it is a monkey instead of the cat. HELP!!

I can't find the cat you mean, but as a rule when you are having problems like this go to the bottom of the page to 'contact us' and you'll get all the help you need. The service is prompt and good.

I found the cat and could download it in pes and vip. Don't know which format you need, don't know if they aleardy solved the problem, otherwise as I said before go to 'contact us'. They help you.

dlmds, I've just downloaded that design, and mine is okay. Do like mops said and contact the site administrator, it's such a gorgeous cat, hope you get him soon. Here's a flower while you wait for him to appear on your doorstep!

tmbache, I did not have a membership for a long time, however, I decided to at least give it a try. It is such a value for the cost. I have not been sorry I became a member. Here is a flower back to you.
