I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble opening the Gingerbread stuffed toy up in the customizer. I have a Janome 11000 machine and I cannot get it to come up to transfer to use Thanks

I have downloaded it and looked at it. The design is a 5x7 and in janome customizer it thinks it is in a 4x4 hoop which is why it won't open in your machine.
Do you have any software you can change the hoop size? I use sew what pro for that, open the design, set the hoop to the correct one, save and no problems.
If it is OK with Castelyn I can change the hoop size and send it to you, but I will have to check with her first.
