I made this stocking for a special friend's daughter. It's her first Christmas and her mom has been a good friend for about 8 years. The applique is from Planet Applique but I used the lettering for Ella's name from www.embroiderynamelibrary.com If you haven't ever been there, she has hundreds (maybe thousands) of names digitized in 3 fonts - all for free. They stitch out wonderful even when I've reduced them more than 50%. Hopefully, the picture will upload this time

Very nice, but I don't see any snow to go with it, lol. You did a good job and I am sure Ella will love and treasure it for many years to come!

My husband laughed when he saw that I hung the stocking on the boat to take a picture. It's been dreary and overcast in central CA so I had to take advantage of what light I could, to get a good picture. The stocking is being sent to snow country though - Wisconsin.
