It defaults and says it is not working and end now... even just to pull up a design and print it will not do that...does anyone have suggestions as to how to rectify this... should I perhaps backup all My Designs folder and uninstall and reinstall....or should I just try to restore to an earlier date....or perhaps I have a virus hope not...but have taken computer to doctor and he has run program fix has not helped...anyone please....HELP.....HELP....any suggestion will be gratefully received.... right on Christmas an orders I do not need this...Sally

I have 3D and have had to reinstall due to software errors. In theory you can leave My Designs as it will not be effected by un- and re-installing, but I moved the folder out of Program files to a Data file. Reinstalling solved my problems.

Thank you I would be so lost without it and I cannot afford to buy more software...I know how this one works and find it great... Thank you so much will try this. I will move my file too just incase....Hugs Sally

I would un install and than re-install. Expect that will fix it. Good luck!

thanks I will do that It has happened before but not the print side so software must be really confused....

when mine did that it had dust in it & i blew it out with my hubbys air pressure & it works fine now LOl
