Site won't take my vote this morning. It doesn't say "voted" when I click on it. But when I click again, it says "double vote."

It appears that if you go to another page on the site and come back it then says voted and how many. If it went blank with no number than you voted. We are use the the other system, which I like better also. It may just be a glitch or maybe they are doing an update on the site.

It does that for some reason if you are voting on the main Alphabet page, but if you go to the Fonts page, that you want to vote on, it shows up. It is letting you vote, just not showing it on the main page. ;)

I've had that trouble with the flowers occasionally, too. Then I come back to the page, and the vote has shown up. Maybe when a lot of us are signed on and voting, the server just can't keep up with it all? Now, wouldn't *that* be a wonderful surprise for Cute Embroidery! Marji

It seems to be not as fast as it used to be, but I noticed it did change to 'voted' after a while. So it works after all.

Than you for this information. I thought it must've been my lil fickle finger of fate that 'double voted'. Oh well I hope the 'T' is repeated- my computer had a spit that day. I'm really gratefull of CUTE's wonderful free alphabets. I have used their letters on towels for gifts -all sew out beautifully. minicow in OZ

I had the same problem, but when I refreshed the screen the number showed I had voted and the voted! message showed just like always. Site just has a hiccup.

Yep, this appears to be a bandwidth issue. If there are too many things being sent along a single line, it is just like a traffic jam, so it takes longer for things to register. Don't worry if you get that "double vote" message. Just take it as reassurance that it DID in fact take your vote. It's not as though the site is going to penalize us for hitting the vote button more than once. =D

And looking at pulse - just out of curiosity - takes so long I don't even try again.
