I also cannot find where to vote !!!

From the home page click on any of the free designs. That takes you to the page for that type of design(designs, redwork, alphabets or lace). Toward the top of the page on the left, click on the free design. Below the enlarged design and above the place where you select you desired format you will find the words "Click Here to vote this site" Click on those words and you have voted. That takes you to a white page with just 2 statements. If you want to see the ratings click on "Enter this site". At that time you can just close the window and you are back to "Cute"
