Feeling very poorly today, I have joint pain, feel exhausted and have a low grade fever, I think I am about to collapse with a nasty flu, just hope I can get a few more hours of work in.

You need to take care of yourself. You have been soo busy with your web site and all the other work, you have forgotten the most important thing...Yourself! Do something just for you! Take care and have a very Merry Christmas. Carol

Thank you Carol, I have completely neglected my website, I have been busy with Christmas preparations. The problem is when I am on a mission my mind won't rest. I am feeling better today.

Thank you Shirlene,I am feeling better today, so I don't think it was a flu or it would have knocked my socks off for at least ten days.

:} Hi Alice - dare I say Keep Warm??? Has your area got it's summer heat yet??? Make sure you drink water. Either cook out the germs or drown 'em out.

I do hope you come good and don't go down with the flu. Your website can and will wait for you and so will all of us who visit you. You've done a mighty job and I for one love what you have created but don't let it become a monster. Take time to smell the roses and rest up for Christmas.

Hoping you are feeling a whole lot better very soon....

much love,
AlmaG.

Funny you should say that Alma, It has been cool the last couple of days for summer, but not freezing, This is Queensland after all it is never freezing, but I have gotten into bed the last two nights and just can't get warm. I woke up this morning and my shoulder that was not covered felt like ice, very strange.

Too much stress, Alice! Nothing on earth is worth destroying our health, so prioritize, prioritize, and
leave nonessentials alone! Take good care of yourself, all else will fall into place in good time! The world will keep spinning, whether you work a few more hours or not! In other words, life goes on, even if you don't! Your immune system is zilch, due to continuous stress! Listen to "mother"! Take time for Alice! Get well, dear!

Alice you aren't alone on that account. I ran a fever last night, but had to sing a solo this morning. I came home early and slept all day. I think mine is more sinuses than flu. I sure hope you feel better by tomorrow. Lots of fluids and rest and Ibprophen will help too. :)

Terre, I don't know how you can sing with sinus problems, but I have no doubt it was beautiful. I am feeling much better today.

Take care - is the work salary related - income generating - or just to keep your mind "happy". You really need to take a break. Get well soon - enjoy Christmas and blessings to you & family

It was mostly Christmas preparation but a bit of income generating. I am on top of it now waiting for the influx of people wanting last minute gifts. I am feeling better today. I think I was just exhausted.

Alice my dear, you look after yourself. You've been working so hard and it is not worth getting sick over. I pray that it will leave you as quickly as it came. As all the others have said drink plenty of fluids. Maybe a Christmas cheer in there with some of the drinks - my hubby always has a Brandy when he's feeling poorly!

Love Chris

Thank you for your prayers Chris, I am feeling better today. I think I will avoid the brandy, I stick to light beer these days. I have a problem with my stop button when I drink anything stronger.
