The bookmark tab is where people can put links to other websites. If you are familiar with digg or delicious it is similar. it is just a place to share websites.

I don't know, Alice is probably right. but from what I can tell, it looks like a place for website owners to advertise maybe? I visit most of the places there not many to see as we have some of the same in the freebie tabs.

This was where fellow Cuties posted freebies or great design locations. It was never meant to be used for advertising and that is why most of us never go there any more.
