They stopped in Albuquerque N.M. to visit with an old High School friend on their way to Wash. state. Now the weather on the West coast has turned so bad they are going to stay there until after Christmas. If only we had known what the weather was going to do, I could have had them for the Holidays too! Oh well, a short time is better than no time at all! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

It is good that they enjoyed their gifts, and just think, if the weather had decided it. you may not have seen them at all. Merry Christmas to you and you family from the Sunshine state. Queensland Australia, where it is raining non stop at the moment.
Hugs Alice.

No Sally it is driving me crazy, I am so sick of the rain and it looks like it will be with us all summer.

I'd rather have rain than snow and sleet.

We have major flooding in the southern part of Utah, too.

Oh I just hate that for you, as I know how precious every minute we get to spend with them is. On Christmas day just sit back and replay their visit in your mind and it will bring joy to you again.
Merry Christmas! Hugs, Karen

So glad your visit was good! We do not have enough "family" time! Kids grow up TOO quickly, have
families of their own, and we do not get to see them
as often as we would like! Merry Christmas to you, and
may the Lord bless you with a wonderful new year!

Judy, so sorry that the visit was so short - but you did get one - that is wonderful and had you known and counted on it - it may have been something else that took them away - whatever the reason - it was what it was and you are so right - it was better than no time. Merry Christmas to you - hope you got loads of pictures.

Merry Christmas! So sorry the visit was short, but as you said it's better than not having one at all. Our family time will be a quick one too.
