Maybe more so as I have two bad hips, try doing the shopping etc, when they are both playing up, the right hip has been relpaced but I'm alergic to it. the left hip will be replaced in Jan I'm hoping it will be better even as the Doc said it is heavier than my right hip but I don'r care only that it works and is less painfull. Going to my sons for Christmas with my 2 extra children who are a great help. It would be lovely to be just tired and not sore. Have a good Christmas & get plenty of rest before the New Year.

Ray and I went out Christmas shopping at 1 PM and got home around 8:30 PM, my feet are so sore I don't think I can walk another step. Poor Ray has collapsed, sound asleep on the lounge and it's only just 10 PM now.

We bought all the Christmas gifts and Christmas food and it took visiting five different shopping centres to complete our list of purchases.

I'm looking forward to having Christmas day, with my Sister and her family down here, then on Boxing day we are going to drive up to our new home and celebrate Christmas with my youngest Son, his wife and my three beautiful Grandchildren. It should be fun as we'll have a box hunt to find all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and other needs as they are still all packed. LOL!!!

At least we have a table and chairs though and if we didn't we'd spread a blanket out on the grass and make it a picnic, maybe we'll do that anyway. :-)
I can hardly wait!

For now, I just want to put my feet up and take in a movie, but of course I still have sewing to do, so the rest will have to wait.

Merry Christmas, hugs n roses, Meganne

When I get home, put my shopping bags down, I hear the recliner calling my name! Can't sit down quickly enough to get off my "poor aching feet", so I know the feeling! Sounds like a wonderful Christmas ahead for you!! Enjoy! Merry Christmas, Meganne!

Yes, Dawn, I finally finished! But, I still have all of them to wrap! With all the pretty paper and bows, perhaps I will truly get into a "festive" mood! LOL I love the holidays, but each year I seem to get tuckered out more quickly when shopping! Glad I got it done! Merry Christmas to you and your family!

I'm tired too...as usual I put everything off until the last minute. Shopped many hours the last two days and was up most of the night sewing. Baking and house cleaning today and wrapping gifts. But it will all be worth it! Merry Christmas!

I'm exhausted, and my company has not arrived yet. Takes all the joy out of Christmas to clean and prepare and wear yourself out.
