I'm cooking my Baked Ham about 9.00am tomorrow morning. I'm using a beautiful glaze of Maple Syrup, Apricot Jam (full of gorgeous Apricots) and Apricot Nectar with some fresh grated ginger. Can't wait to smell it cooking. Then we are taking it to our daughter's place and everyone is meeting there. There will be 21 adults and the 5 grandchildren. Should be fun, noisy, and lots of laughter. Love Chris
