This is a place to learn from one another, to share and enjoy our passion. This is a family of sorts and families argue, but arguing makes us all uncomfortable. So please agree to disagree.

Please share your projects with us - you do beautiful work. I had a friend tell me once that I needed to grow feathers so that it could roll off my back - we all need to learn to play nice. I can't send you feathers, but here is a flower.

Connie, I agree, let's keep this site friendly, and only submit friendly posts. I can't speak for lr, but I know that mops doesn't like this arguing any more than we do, and she is as upset about it as what we are. So let's give our beautiful friends here some love, hugs, kisses, and flowers of course, to help heal any hurts.

This is the first on-line site I have ever accessed & thoroughly enjoy the projects, tips and helpful comments. Most of the time it feels so friendly and welcome here. I would hate to see it change. Life is definitely too short to waste it arguing.

I would ask that everyone please remember that text is a very different medium of communication than speech. Without the vocal intonations and other aural cues, as well as the visual clues when you are face to face with someone, it is so very easy to misunderstand what someone is trying to say. This is actually why "emoticons" came into being. If you don't know what an emoticon is, it is the little faces and such that you can make with your keyboard: =] is my smile face. If you would please make a conscious decision to take each and every comment in the nicest possible way, excusing anything that sounds abrupt or rude as being "mistranslation", we will all be much happier here. I am sure that there is not a single person on this forum that would intentionally hurt the feelings of anyone else.

Many wise things has been written in the last few days on different places. I do not think I can add more than this: I do believe that everyone has had the best intentions. And we need everyone onboard, as Cute i a site, but also very much the summary of everyone.
