We don't know who all of the designers are. The site owner is Veronkia Bulatova. The free vote is daily. You can look at any of the categories such as: designs,redwork,alphabets,lace and see a tab that says: Top in 24 hr. That shows a list of the Top vote getters in the last 24 hrs since the previous freebie was posted. ;)
