Now the cities Mesa,Tempe,Phoenix, San Tan Valley etc! have now made them illegal. So if you get caught with them you will get a ticket! They say that fires will be started because of the fireworks because it really dry here. Only I have lived here my whole life and I have never even heard of a fire being started by fireworks ever! Every year some people sneak and fire them off! I think Scrooge has hung on until New Years! Bah! LOL Well have a very Happy New Year!!

Sorry, I know lots enjoy them, but lots of animals don't and really get frightened, so I'm not much of a fan of them these days.

I like pros to set off the fireworks because I have seen people injured otherwise.

Our animal shelters in S.A. would love to have them banned.We have got some minor restrictive laws of late though, so hope in the near future that they are banned.

In these wooded areas of Ala. where there are lots of dry pine needles & leaves we do have fires from them so extreme caution is used when we have them. I love fireworks & the family usually gets together & buys several 100.00 dollar worth then the men get together & set them off safely. Beautiful!!
