My husband was reading last night about our Aussie friends. We have started praying for you.

Outback Australia mainly in Queensland and central australia is really suffering and fortunately I live on the east coast of Australia and am not flooded...they do have a site for donations http://www.qld.gov.au/floods/ ...most people have lost everything...property just floating off downstream it is really horrible to watch...

My brother has property in the heart of the flood area and his tenants were evacuated 4 days ago.

He hasn't heard anything since so he has no idea how his property is, whether the house survived the flood or even if it is still standing.

He was here visiting us today (he actually lives near us in NSW) and we looked through hundreds of photo's of the flood area but couldn't find one with his house in it.

I hope his house survives undamaged as I don't think he could take another blow after the hell his Chinese wife has put him through.

I pray for the quick subsidence of the flood waters so people can get their lives back. It must be so devastating.
