No help from me, I have a Brother that uses a card but you need Ped-basic or another brand of card writer to download the designs to the card. Maybe you have something different than what I have.

OK, what is the Dazzle? I have a Jame 300E and have never heard of it. The software that I have is Customizer and all you need to do is download a patch from the Janome website for Vista and Windows 7.
If ,by Dazzle you mean Dongle, then you probably have Digitizer Junior. There again, just down load the patches from the Janome website. That will make all the software compatible.
By PC card, do you mean the Memory card? You will need a card reader to write the designs onto your card from your computer.
By the way, you will love the 300E. If you slow the speed to 400, you should get great results with well digitised designs.

Welcome to cute and happy embroidering. I see you got your answer. I have a Bernina Deco and are of no help but we have many bright people here.

I have a janome 300E which I brought 2nd hand & when I went to a shop to buy a memory card & reader. they told me about 'Customizer' & told me to ask the owner about a disk. I went back & was given the disk & extra disks that had 300E written on them. If you can ask owner if they have a disk. I use Embird now more than Customizer. My computer had xp on it now I have vista & windows7 which I like better. Best of Luck
