I'm not sure which ones you are talking about. If they are truly there incorrectly they need to be removed. However, we have some Cuties here that own there own sites and put the designs on their sites AND here in DBC too and that is allowed. Can you post a link to the ones you're worried about and we can help figure it out? Thank you.
Another thing you may find is that many different people will download the same (free or for sale) clipart that is used for digitizing. The art looks the same but the stitches will most definitely be different. That is OK too.

Some people digitize from clipart and you will see it on different sites because different people digitized it from the same clipart but that one was a licensed one.
