If you have digitizing or oem embroidery software look and see if it converts, some do. If not and you need a program just to convert a few files try a free demo of a program like Designers Gallery Studio. It is really easy and converts many formats.
If you need to buy a program there are others that will do this as well (for most formats). Check tho for free demos at the websites of the company first, I always do. With the cost of most embroidery software it is better to be safe than sorry after buying a program you might not like.

you could download wilcom truesizer 2006 free software and it will convert your files.

I have never tried this, but saw a free download that supposedly will resize at:http:// www.wilcom.com.au/trusizer/. Some on the site use it. ;)
