No you did not download the correct file. use this url

and click on the fish and choose either the exe or zip file. If you use this url you do not have to worry about getting a virus from the exe but some email providers will not let you download an exe(cutable) file and thus the zip. Open the zip and install or run the exe file to install. There is a learning curve but it is not too difficult. Open a file (make sure the box at the bottom says all design files as the default is emb) and if it is one you wish to convert choose the pes and save the file. You may have to change hoop size to save or if you only have a 4x4 hoop you are able to resize the design and then save it. Good luck.

mumra, Thank you so very much. I printed out what you wrote. No wonder I have been having such a bad time trying to use it. I have pulled out about half of my hair. I will get rid of this one and try again. Hugs and flower.
