The computer that I used to have it on was Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 3. I have to give that computer back to my aunt & uncle. I think I need an updated driver. But I can't get on the Amazing Designs websit. It seems to be down or something.

I know next to nothing about computers as i am just learning but i had that problem & one of my boys(well men)said the pc wasn't seeing it & they clicked a few times & it now sees it??If you know computer maybe that will help???carolyn

My amazing box ii also only works on the vista pc, on the one with windows 7 it doesnt work at all. I do know that I always have to use the same usb port on wich it was first installed, otherwise it will not work either.

i had the same problem with my old customizer 2000 program and my new windows 7 but my hubby turn down the port speed so it could read it. Something about the new windows 7 is 64 bits and the old programs run on 34 bits Hope this helps you

Thank you so VERY MUCH!!! I suspect I will have the same problem with the port speed. If I do have problems, can you ask him if he can give me directions on how to turn it down too? It would be a great help. *4U
I have'nt had any luck with this yet. The link you gave directed me to www.amazingdesigns.com & their site is still down. I will keep trying.

IT FINALLY WORKED!! I got it downloaded. Now to see if the card writer & reader will work. :))) If I could gve you more flowers I would! You are a lifesaver!!! :)))

My Smart Screen Filter was on & it would not let me view www.amazingdesigns.com . It is fixed now. I had to turn the filter off then scan the website.
