I have not used this software myself but I believe you can convert your files with it.

Hannetjie, Not to worry, there are several softwares out that (free) that will allow you to convert. You would use the XXX format for that machine. Alice has given you a website for Wilcom. I hear it is good, but haven't used it. I do, however use Pulse Ambassador and it does perfect converting formats. Here is their link...go to the right where it says
