I'm also think this is the greatest pain.
Two years ago I fighted for life (and I'm still fighting) too. But I am an adult, I have the strength to do it.
My mom has suffered (in a different way) so much.
But I'm 38 years old, are strong.
She's a little helpless angel, I hope that doctors together with the angels, the Virgin Mary and Jesus make her feel better.

What a beautiful name for a little girl. I will pray for her. Do they think she has the contagious type of meningitis? Was she exposed to some one who had it? Kay

The waiting is the hardest part as you don't know what if wrong for sure. Once the results are in - it will help as then they will be able to properly treat her. She is so little to have to go through this, but remember - kids bouce back faster than adults.

Oh My Lorrie! There are many prayer warriors here on CUTE, She is added to my prayer list also. My niece had meningitis at 18 mos. It was quite a things as she was quarantined for two weeks. Medicine has come such a long way since then. At age 31 I somehow contracted cerebral meningitis and in a coma for 2 weeks when I lived in Italy. Prayers were answered. God is sooo MERCIFUL... He doesn't want us to suffer, but he allows things to happen for a reason. That reason is He wants you to trust Him and rely on His faithfulness. "Lord you know this is a helpless child, and you say to call up on you when we are in need. Bring Jocelyn your healing touch. Perform the miracle of healing so others will see your goodness, if it is your will. I ask this in Jesus name. Amen". Trust God Lorrie...Hugs, Terre
