do a google search for gifs or animated gifs. Save what you want to a folder, and click on the tab-upload image, browse to the folder where you saved the gif files, choose it, then upload, and it's here.

I have gone on these sites. To put a animated on my computer, I make "copy, stick", but, when I open the file, I obtain a picture, but it is no more animated.

Did you right click and "save as" a gif file? I save mine in folders under My Pictures (under My documents). Choose the filmstrip view, and the picture on the top will move.
