Relax, take a few deep breaths; perhaps, it's something
simple! Cut off power to machine for a few minutes, then restart to reboot the computer. Often, a small "quirk" can cause a malfunction, but be an easy fix! I hope it is nothing major!

You forgot to knock on wood! Newton's law, whatever can go wrong will go wrong. Sorry to hear about your problem, did you turn it off and unplug it then plug it back in? It's a computer so sometimes that will help. Good luck!

Before I take it in I am going to try just that. Maybe I woke it up too early!

That happened to me twice . The first time I was able to turn it off and wait a few minutes. then plug it back in and it rebooted. the second time I was not so lucky. I had to bring it in and they fixed it while I was there. He had to reboot it manually. Wish you luck and I hope it is just rebooting. Suzanne

On Xmas eve my machine stopped - machine overload came up but I was only sewing seersucker fabric using straight st.It turned out that I had a bit of fluff in the bobbin case , cleaned it out & it worked fine.If I had been sewing thick fabric or embroidering I might have thought of this solution straight away.Sewed some towelling the other day & soon as I finished I cleaned out the bobbin case,boy there was a lot of fluff in it ,just to avoid a repeat occurrence next time .
