OK...........this is the way you can relieve your sewing aches and pains.......LOL
My hubby got this for me for Christmas (portable massage table) so he can do trigger point therapy on me and this is what happens when he sets the table up......This one is Sammi.....he was rescued from a state park and had lots of health issues from drinking lake water (parasites) but he is doing very well now....

By the way this is the one that sits on the embroidery unit and gets bumped by the embroidery frame as it works, so I guess he feels he deserves a massage after taking a beating from the hoop..LOL
I'm a bit jealous just knowing you have a massage table in your house. You and your cat are very lucky.
We got it really cheap on the internet with free shipping too!!!!

Lovely, maybe I should get one as well seeing I have 6 cats. It sure would keep them off my sewing tables... and materials... and ... *4U

We have 6 as well, this is the only one who thinks he deserves a massage...Course he is also the one that trys to ride the embroidery hoop, so perhaps he thinks he has sewing aches and pains as well..LOL

that is all well and good if you have a husband who is a massage therapist. I am a physical therapist and my suggestion is a well fitting chair.

You are indeed right on and I am in the process of trying to find the right one. I go to a myofacial therapist for my back, neck and shoulders and he is analyzing pics of my work station to recommend arrangements of my things to help relieve the pain I get when at the machine...he has taught my hubby how to treat my trigger points at home so I don't have to go to him as often...he is doing the John S. Barnes therapy on me and it is awesome.....

I would love a portable massage table - but you have to have someone that can give you a massage to make it worth the effort to set it up - for me - it would be just another place to put a bunch of stuff and right now - I don't have the room for it - but would love to have the DH that would do trigger point therapy - I would be in heaven - but I have a great chair - also a massager on the back of the chair - so I guess I have that - so I will feel grateful. *4U
