This is another very poor scan, but it is of Cute Embroidery's Dove of peace (without the olive branch) embroidered in metallic gold & silver on navy blue silk. I used felt as a stabilizer to give it the effect of depth. This was a christmas card for a friend. Marji

Very beautiful. Do you leave the felt on the backside to give this depth or do you cut away?

Sand, I left the felt on the whole piece, put it on cardboard with a mat, so it could be framed. M
