Hi, I'm new to this website and I'm trying to download the free designs.The problem is that it will not transfer to my machine I can only get the Image page. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Gay

First chk your connections. If all is ok, reboot both the machine and your computer. I know mine loses the transfer connection at times.

1. Frome the home page click on the picture of the download. this will bring you to another page.
2. On the left site of the new page click on the "download now" under the file you had chosen. this will bring you to another new page.
3. Choose your format and click download.

Welcome to the CUTE family pumpkin074 - I see you have a great answer from Angie (crafter2243) - just make sure also that your program is working properly - can you transfer other designs from other websites to your machine? What program do you have or what brand machine - maybe that can help another help you with that issue. *4U
