I HAD TO TAKES SOME MEDS BEFORE C/MAS FOR MY SORE SHOULDER I HAD OPPERATED ON & THEY MADE ME GAIN 20 POUNDS.NOW TO LOSE IT:(:(I MADE THIS TOWEL FOR MY KITCHEN REFRIDGATOR DOOR!!!HOPE IT HELPS AS WELL AS I STARTED TO WALK ON MY TREAD MILL !!!TERRE MADE THIS DESIGN & AS I LOVE ANGELS I JUST HAD TO TRY IT THANKS TERRE!!!CAROLYN

Good luck losing the weight again. I'm the opposite. Lost 24kgs or so with gall bladder issues and hope to keep it off now :) Towel looks good!

How funny. It's amazing how taking a med (probably steroid) makes you gain but then they don't give you a pill to make you lose!

this is very nice Carolyn, I hope that your shoulder is getting better. I had tendonitus in both arms Oct 2009 for over 6mths I was off work, I hear that about the medications too. Good for you, starting it is the hardest part, sew it looks like your off to a good start!*4U-hugs

Shoulder surgery can certainly put you down and out for a time. I've had both my shoulders done within a year. Fortunately, I didn't have your problem. I stayed the same with my weight, which really isn't that great. I was hoping I'd lose some while laid up. Wishing you quick loss of the weight.

Sorry to here about your shoulder.I am sat here at the computer with a damaged coccyx, it is all I can do.Guess every cloud has a silver lining.LOL.Hope your towel helps you on your way.Love it !!!
