What do you mean by "won't download"? What is actually happening? Are you trying to download from the regular part of the site or Deisgns By Cuties?

In some cases, even after you paid, it takes a few days for the site owner to get everything in order. If you think that's the problem then go to "contact us" at the bottom of the page and submit an urgent ticket.

In Designs by Cuties sometimes the pes is uploaded in a newer version than your machine can read. For example, older machines read pes 4.0, newer ones may read pes 7.0 or something in between. If you download pes 7.0 but your machine reads pes 4.0, it won't work. In that case you need conversion software to change the format. Go to the link below and find free conversion software links at the bottom of the page.
