Hope your machine is as good as new. Mine was serviced over Christmas and what a difference it has made - a joy to use. Sarah. *4U

I find a good repair man is the best friend I could have and worth driving miles to get to. I really miss the shop that I used in Florida.

I am so glad for you. I know how you felt as my machine has been in shop since 11/09/10. I want to go and get it and take it somewhere else, I am so angry.

I would never allow it to mine. (touch wood).

So glad that everything is working out for you. You'd be surprised at the horror stories that come from ladies having machines repaired and they came back in worse shape than when they went in for service and every shop is reputable...so sad.
