Thanks i onces worked in Collingwood( i know you know were that is)in a place called TRW makeing car raidos. They started me on a screw driver putting them in .I thought i would go crazy doing the same thing so i told the lead hand i need a new job every few days or i will quit.So guess who got to be boss after learning all there was LOLI ""need "" to keep doing something different!!!carolyn

I worked at TRW too in Penetang, near Midland where i live. I worked there for 10 years. I couldn't handle the drama and sitting on my butt all day long. They found out i could sew and sat me at a machine all day long. We made seat belts in our plant.

Very sweet Carolyn. When do you get the time? You have more energy than anyone I know. But I'm always looking for you in projects. Such a creative person you are.Love the fabric! I especially love the binding fabric, was that also the underneath too?

this looks terrific Carolyn, doing your own thing is always a good thing because it's like a box of cracker jacks there's always a prize inside & you never know what your going to get until your done! It's always good! Hugs Loralye!

Very interesting use of the design. We like it.
BTW, we still have never recieved any suggestion (as a pattern/image, not as a pure idea) for a specific crochet-like design. If you come up with one, just let us know! If we like it, we do it for our own and make it a freebie. However, we would also do it for a fee, if you want it "personal" and not as a freebie for everyone, or if it s a motif we wouldn't otherwise put on our "priority" list.

And you don't have to do something very sophisticated. Take out a cross-lined piece of paper and design your motief by simply crossing the squares...
