This design came from brother-usa. The FSL is unique in the way it is stitched over the top of the flowers in the center to make it look opaque. It fills a 4x4 hoop. Sorry, the picture is kind of bright! There is a rectangle strip that matches it and I think a project to make a heart box, but I can't find my instructions or any on the site now so I can see for sure. May just have to try one.
I found the picture on the Brother-usa site that shows it made into a container cover. I posted it also, even though I didn't make the container:
