it happens to all of us Carol. It happened to me the other day. I had to make my picture smaller for it to work and i never had to do that befor.

Make it smaller and I am sure it will upload, I had the same problem.

Happens to all of us at times. It says your picture should not exceed 3 Mb (or rather 3072 kB) but that did not work for me the other day and I had to resize to less than 2 Mb to get it to upload - large enough to see it clearly.

When you have your picture made smaller, DON'T start a new project. Instead go to 'My Account' (top left beneath your avatar), choose 'My Projects', then 'My Projects' again and you get a list of every project you posted, with a possibility to Edit or Delete each one. Choose 'Edit' for one of the 3 you uploaded and add a picture, you don't have to retype the information that's already there. And you can delete the superfluous 2.

happened to me as well. Do you know you can delete your projects? Go to my account and projects. At least you will not see the same message several time. I was glad somebody told me that as I was reluctant to try again!
