I was a member of their site for quite awhile and the ladies were always very responsive. I'd try emailing again. DesignNStitches@aol.com

Suzette I have the same problem with a few sites in the USA. I sent emails to a few sites that I know I had bought from in the past to request a re-send but no reply from them. Perhaps a server problem on their side.I subscribed to this particular lady's site and she was always very helpful. I have lost all the designs that I bought from her
