I made this for my sister and dbil. He is Native American. The design in the middle is the "Belt of Hiawatha". I used a braid for the sashing. They loved it!

This looks great. Are those chevron shapes all individually pieced or is it a print? Looks like lots of work, whether it is or not!

All individually done. I had no pattern for it so had to make one. It's pretty close to what it is supposed to look like.
