I thought Meganne's and Lorreta's angels for Cutiepie were a beautiful thought, so have added mine. I made this angel for my Mum. Because we lived far apart it was my angel watching over her. My Mum has since passed on, and when my brother and I were sorting through Mum's things, I found a note, from Mum to me, tucked behind the heart of the angel. It was to tell me that now her angel was looking after me, a very beautiful thought. So because this angel is so precious to me I've decided to *share* her with Cutiepie. Hugs and flowers for you Cutiepie, hope she brings you as much comfort as she does me. There's no machine embroidery on her, but I did make the lace hem of the dress on the sewing machine.

Oh Ruthie, I know that Cutiepie will adore this gesture - as I try to type this with my eyes leaking down my face. Thank you for allowing us to also share in this. *4U Your Mum's angel is so presious, I only wish I knew how to make one like this for my own 80 year old ailing Mother.

Thanks shirlene, I'm just hoping that my Mum's angel will bring cutiepie some peace, and health and strength for her little twins, especially the smaller one. The angels are very easy to make, if you can use a sewing machine, and I know you can, then you can make one. Almost all craft magazines seem have a pattern for one, and the secret is to choose one that *you* like, and make it with *love*. They're fun to make, I whipped her up in less than half a day (I had done them before), including making the dress and lace hem. I know your Mum would absolutely love one. Flowers and hugs.
Ruthie, I see by the comments that Loretta & I were not the only ones with leaky eyes. Thank you for your kind and generous offering. I will look into making one of these little angels for my own Mother. Thank you - I wished that I could give you a bouquet of flowers.

Ruthie, you out did yourself with this special angel for your Mum, what a sweet thing to add her here for Cutiepie, I am sure she will gain strength from your love for her, with your posting it. I shed a bit of a tear in my eyes, when I read your post. How very sweet of you Mum to send you back her sweet guarding angel to watch over her. A flower for you.

loretta thank you so much, and I didn't mean to make you and shirlene cry, but you can imagine how many tears I cried when I found that note just hours after my Mum's funeral. Flowers and hugs to you sweetie.
Oh Ruthie dear one, please don't be upset because you touched our hearts. You were a great daughter and your Mum was a great Mum and you care for Cutiepie and it just shows. I do understand how you felt, I lost my Mother 11 years ago. Hugs to you, as well.
