the thread and making the hoop drag. Nests under the fabric in the bobbin area. The tech found it when I took it in for cleaning. No more problems. Thanks everyone for your help..I still picked up some tips, i'll be using.

frieda - glad you got that fixed. I hate it when something doesn't stitch out right, and even worse if it is something wrong with the machine.
