I don't think it was by chance that you found the CUTE family - when you did - I feel that most of us were pulled together to help each of us - along the way - so happy that you have Ron with you now and that you two can carry on his life's work. It has been a true blessing to meet everyone from all over the world. Some believers, some not, but we are still able to get along because of a special bond of interest that we all share. I appreciate you as a friend, minister's wife and military wife. You have many duties and responsibilities. May the Lord continue to bless you and Ron. hi karen, oh i so agree with you. i have been so very depressed and can not take pills. the cuties have really helped and i am learning that life is not really so bad.i too like to read about the different countries and people.there are so many nice people out there.and like the rest of us have things to deal with. thank you cuties.

This site really makes it a small, small world. We all love it!! Kay

This site does make most of us feel like it is alot smaller world now than when we joined. It brings online friends and their cultures very close to us. It makes us care and be concerned about others alot more than if we were just listening to the news. We pray for those of us that need it and we rejoice with them when something wonderful happens. To outsiders, we most likely sound like our own little soap opera but to us, the lives are very real because we have made friends with each other. We doctor each other and we give advice and sometimes we are just there to listen and let our friends know that we do care. This not just an embroidery site to get designs and learn new ideas but after we are here for a short while, we really learn to care about our online friends! Yes, Thanks Veroniks for giving us such a great site/sites to join our friends and enjoy our hobbies! We have had a few bumps along the way but the group as a whole always pulls together to get things back in order. I hope we can always make the new members feel welcome and embrace the longtime fiends we have already made. Hugs, Linda

Very well said and worth repeating every week to remind us how lucky we all are to have such a wonderful site owner who allows us, pretty much, free reign over HER website.
I'm sure when Miss V was setting up this site she would never have imagined, in her wildest dreams, just what a beautiful meeting place she was creating for the Whole Wide World of sisters (and brothers).

If it has taught us all one thing, it should be that we ARE all the same under the skin....

we have the same hopes and fears, joys and sorrows, loves and losses, good days and bad days, wellnes and sickness.

If only this wonderful group could have more say in how our world is being managed, I am sure we could make it a better, safer and happier place for all humankind. Who knows, maybe THIS is where it all starts.............

Thank you Karen for your posting. What you have said is so true. I only wish that I had found Cute a year ago when my DH was so ill after his quadruple bypass. It would have helped so much.
