I was going to send one on your behalf, but since you got through, I won't. Please let us know if you don't get satisfaction. ;)

raels, sometime it is your connection, more than the website. A flower for you.

Raels, I have had that problem a few times and the worst thing is when you type out your answer to a question and find that you have been logged out and have to sign in again to answer but when you started your where logged in. And all what you have been writing is lost. But I have been ok at the moment. I always make sure I am signed in before I answer now. But that can be short lived when it drops away. I also have this problem the site will not coming up. I will have to give up and try another time. I am thinking about membership, but wont because concerned about not being able to log on to this site. If anyone knows the answer to this please let us know! Maybe it is just toooo many of us trying to get on at the same time. It is an awsome site and has such wonder people on it! Flowers to all!

Oh, no, how frustrating! I have lost the connection once or twice the past few days, but then it's winter here, and we have been having a terrific ice/sleet/snow/wind storm, and I have a satellite dish. It has affected all my internet, not just Cute. Perhaps it's all the changes in the site, and you don't have enough "cookies", or you have disabled "cookies"? Maybe one of our more computer savvy friends can help with that one. I hope you get an answer from Customer Support, because we would sure hate to lose you here over such a totally frustrating but silly glitch! Have a flower from me, and I hope it's fixed soon for you. Marji

I just looked below, I know you and Meganne are from Australia, how many people having this problem are from Australia? I wonder if it may have to do with whatever satellite Cute's server is using? That may be far out, but if it's only people from Australia having the problem, it may be a location issue. Just a thought, random and probably totally silly, but a thought nonetheless, LOL. Marji

Maybe for some reason, during a virus scan, the site was blocked or determined to be unsafe. Check your firewall and cookie settings too.
If you use a Network connection (LAN, BlueTooth,Wi-Fi or other)there are a few possibilities. If it's wireless you might be at the edge of the range. If it is wired, there could be an intermittent connection. Either way you would lose your connection and be signed out of most sites that use an ID/password system like here.
If you are using a Network with both XP and Vista machines there could be a communication issue too. I had to download a patch last night because I would lose the connection just long enough in just one of my programs so that I would have to keep signing back in.
It could be a virus. I have seen them that messes with all sorts of files, cookies and bookmarks etc. I would scan the computer with AVG by Grisoft. It can be downloaded for free and is so far better than Norton of McAfee it isn't even funny (and it does not mess up your other programs)
