If you have 4D software, then I think I can help. When you try to download a VIP format from certain sites, the 4D takes over, wants to use the hasp, and will open your 4D software and display the design in a hoop in Embroidery Extra. You can download any other format, no problem. Only does this on some sites, others let you download no problem, and only seems to be a problem for individual designs, not sets. Hope that helps.
