Sarah so sorry to hear your baby is sick, especially since you had just gotten her out of the shop. I'm afraid I'd be a more than a little cross, probably be in a rage by now and more than ready to wring Mark's (my tech) neck. But as we both have learned from experience these things do happen and then too we will gather more flies with honey than vinegar. Hope they can fix it the same day you take it in. Hope the flowers help.
