Easy day today-My house is clean and tidy-Had a group of craft ladies here yesterday. Finished my watering,so can do as I please today,but I am not cleaning cupboards.Temp is a little kinder today

Well if you didn't live so far away I'd beg you to come clean my house, it's a stinking disaster and I injured my ribs Thursday and I won't be doing much work. Convenient for me since my son moved on Friday and I couldn't help with anything at all, lol!

Hope you don't suffer too long with injured ribs. My house will start to get dusty and untidy from today on, with craft stuff on every chair. You wouldn't want me to clean your house. I am NOT a great housekeeper, but when you live alone no one will complain.

take care of your ribs - that is what is important.
UGH, such pain, worse than the lung surgery and ibuprofen does not take the edge off, I refused prescription pain pills. They don't even bandage you anymore because pneumonia is common and that makes it easier to get for some reason. Takes weeks to months for them to heal.

Oh please tell us about your craft day - what are all your craft stuff on all your chairs? How did the event go? I would have loved to have been there - I love gathering with others and learning more and more. Don't get over heated - the dusting can wait. Have a cup of tea with an ice cup in it to cool it down. We are a group of Ladies who meet once a month at each others places. It was my turn yesterday. Temp was 42.9C but I have an old stone house so temp was about 26C. Only 6 of the 12 came because of the heat, so we taught a couple of newbies how to make the Christmas Balls with pins. When I have my embroidery machine out I have wadding and threads as I need different colours in trays on floor around the machine, stabilizer etc., and it goes on & on.

Good for you - I had an easy day at work, and decided that I WAS going to tackle that sewing room. I have been moving some things - but the problem I have is that I have to take a look at all of the things that I had not seen for a while. But, slowly it will get there. I just need about a 20' extension so that I can have the room that I want. Let us know about your craft day with the ladies. Sounds interesting.
