I found wwwdiscountembroideryblanks.com they seem reasonable but cannot get shipping details for australia....I will not purchase till have that...I have sent email asking for shipping cost.
any other site would be welcome be overseas or local as aussie dollar is practically the same as US at the moment just the postage cost may make it not practical to purchase from US.

Sally the warehouse outlet i get my towels from sells hankies but they dont have a website do you want me to send you a sample . I think they are around $1 each. some nice colors. Let me know as they are only open 3days a week ")

Try embroiderthis.com. they have alot of blanks for embroidery and also lots of design feebies.
