this is were the sailor bear is it was october 2010 but I don't know where the design is from.

On her blog there is a link on the bottom left hand side "Contactez l'auteur" which you can use to contact her and she could tell you where to find the design. Hope this helps!

I found it!!!!! The applique sailor bear is from Designs by JuJu. I found it at SWAK http://www.swakembroidery.com/info/featured-products/SWAK_dbjj_sailorbearapplique2sizes.htm as a single designs but if you go to DBJJ you should be able to find it in a set.
