Wow, thanks clawton for bringing that to my attention, I don't really have time to be here today, but sneaked on for a peak and saw this, otherwise I would have missed my celebration today, haha! I'm just about to head out for a *sit and knit* with the girls - knitting squares for one of our local charity organisations (winter's on the way - it's 35C today!!!). We have fun doing it - usually solve all the problems of the world, in the most idiotic way we can think of, and usually do heaps more laughing than knitting. Hugs and flowers to you all, and thanks for your very lovely words. Love you all, keep the site smelling sweet with those flowers while I'm gone, see you tomorrow.

Congratulations Ruthie, And i thought all you girls did was chat and embroidery. So you do knit huh Ruthie. I knit also, by hand and machine. Take my knitting to the computer with me and do my stockings while I wait for downloads. Here up north in Maine things are slow. Warm hugs to you and a flower to head you on your way to 3000.

Yes, I knit (hand), I also do crochet, tatting, teddybears, calico dolls, beading, tassels, painting, digital scrapbooking, papercrafts (I make all my own cards), decoupage, decorated eggs (as in Faberge style), and scrollsaw work, and I did hand-embroidery from being five years, but don't do that since I've bought my machine. No, I don't do them all at the same time, but I have to admit that I do have WIP's (works in progress) for almost all of them at any given time, haha!!!
