We sometimes get busy making for others, we don't take time for ourselves. WELL... This is for ME... I've had this pretty pink sweatshirt and wanted to do something with it, so I cute the front and the bands of the sleeves and waist off. (last month)... I knew I wanted to do something Valentine's of some sort, so When Miss V put up her cute Alpha, I KNEW I wanted it. The other day I went to Hobby Lobby and found this pretty striped ribbon and it all just came together. I still need to add a few things, but it is wearable right now as is.

It's so pretty Terre. You are so right about making things for others and not us. I have a list of sewing for me, like curtains etc. One day i'll find the time. I hope we can see it again when you add more!

I think we all need to think of "me" more often. We are so used to doing for others we forget we need some attention to. Good job. - I found an unfinished project from a sweatshirt but don't have the sligtest notion on how to finish it. I took a class, and never did get it done. And now - I am abour 4 sizes smaller, but jackets are meant to be big, aren't they?
