CuteEmbroidery.com is back — and so is your account, every design you've bought, and your posts in our community.

Many of you have asked what happened, so here is the honest story.

Our site was built many years ago on a custom engine of our own. As our community grew, we kept adding more server power, but the engine underneath stayed the same. Over time we reached a point where we couldn't make even the changes the site really needed. And then the sheer amount of data — nearly 20 years of designs, orders and community posts — became more than the old engine could handle, and the site went down.

It wasn't a hacker attack or anything from the outside. The old engine simply couldn't carry everything anymore.

So we did the only thing that made sense: we rebuilt the whole site from scratch. Same team — the same people who have been running CuteEmbroidery all these years — with a brand-new engine underneath, built to last.

What's waiting for you:

• Every design you've ever bought is in My Stash, ready to download.
• Your flowers and your community posts are still here.

Can't get into your old email anymore?
On the sign-in page, choose "Sign in with password" and use your old email and password. Then change your email in Settings. If that doesn't work either, write to us through the Contact page and we'll help you get back in.

One favor to ask
We'd love to email every Cutie to say we're back, but we can't. Many of the email addresses we have are years old and no longer work, and when too many messages bounce, email providers start treating everything we send as spam. So please be our messenger: if you know a Cutie — in your embroidery group, your sewing club or your family — share this post or tell them CuteEmbroidery.com is back.
